Your mission:
Development and implementation of Sunlight's marketing communications strategy aimed at strengthening the brand, increasing awareness and preference, growing traffic across all sales channels, improving the efficiency of advertising investments, and ensuring the company's unified communication positioning.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing the company's marketing communications strategy.
- Forming and developing the Sunlight brand at the federal and regional levels.
- Managing all communication channels: ATL, BTL, Digital, CRM, PR, SMM, Influencer Marketing, special projects, and partner integrations.
- Planning and managing the media strategy, media mix, and advertising campaigns.
- Developing communication platforms for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand projects.
- Developing omnichannel communications between the retail chain, mobile app, website, and CRM.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities and optimizing marketing investments based on business metrics.
- Forming and controlling the marketing budget.
- Building a departmental KPI system and developing the marketing communications team.
- Interacting with the commercial block, e-commerce, product team, CRM, analytics, and operational departments.
Candidate requirements:
- Over 7 years of experience managing marketing communications in large federal companies.
- Experience leading teams of 20+ people.
- Practical experience implementing federal advertising campaigns with budgets of several hundred million rubles.
- Deep understanding of modern ATL, Digital, CRM, Performance, PR, and Brand Marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and change management.
