Senior Brand Manager
Tasks you will be working on:
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for brand development;
- Development, implementation, and control of the media promotion plan, as well as the creative and communication strategy;
- Development, implementation, and control of advertising campaigns on TV, digital, BTL, and other promotion channels, and evaluation of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
- Management of media, creative, and advertising agencies;
- Management of the process of creating and developing visualizations of advertising materials, packaging design, working with design studios and creative agencies;
- Development of product strategy, formation of an effective product portfolio (development, optimization) within categories and brands to increase efficiency;
- Development and implementation of a long-term and short-term plan for launching new products and innovative solutions for entrusted categories and brands;
- Search, initiation, and leadership of the process of implementing product and packaging innovations for entrusted categories and brands;
- Market evaluation and research, competitive environment analysis of categories, consumer analysis, and identification of promising market segments;
- Optimization of product and marketing mix;
- Initiation and participation in the process of formulation optimization;
- Budgeting, implementation, and control of marketing budget expenditures.

- Higher education (marketing);
- Marketing experience of at least 5 years (food and/or beverage product categories);
- Experience as SBM/BM for at least 2 years (in the FMCG market);
- Experience in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies, launching new products;

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work in a team and interact with multi-functional departments and external partners.
