What you will be doing:

• Developing and implementing marketing support strategies for own brands through external and internal marketing tools;
• Creating brand strategy, as well as communication and media strategy;
• Preparing communication plans;
• Regularly monitoring brand performance, making adjustments to the marketing support strategy as needed;
• Monitoring competitor activity;
• Organizing and controlling offline and online marketing communications;
• Planning and implementing Digital campaigns and PR events;
• Coordinating cross-functional interaction to achieve KPIs and growth in brand metrics;
• Preparing presentations for key projects;
• Managing campaigns with creative agencies, preparing briefs and monitoring their execution.

What we expect:

• Good taste and creative thinking, understanding the principles of classical marketing and brand management;
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills, ability to collect and interpret data;
• Experience in designing and implementing long-term strategies, introducing new tools and mechanics;
• Creativity, desire to learn new global practices and tools;

• Ability to present ideas and concepts, prepare reports, compile presentations and analyze the obtained information;
• Marketing experience of 3+ years;
• Fashion industry experience is not required but will be an advantage.
