Brand Manager for the cosmetic brand Aravia

The cosmetic brand Aravia is looking for a Brand Manager.

Your tasks:

• Develop and implement a brand and product portfolio promotion strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, loyalty, and market share.
• Organize and coordinate marketing projects in key areas: product management, brand management, trade marketing, Event, Digital, SEO, SMM, advertising, PR, R&D — ensuring coordinated actions of cross-functional teams.
• Conduct internal and external market analytics, competitor analysis, and their activities, etc.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns, optimize current promotion tools based on the obtained data.

Candidate expectations:

• Experience in the beauty industry
• Strategic planning and project management skills
• Understanding of the full cycle of cosmetic product development
