Brand Marketing Manager
You will be responsible for:
- Developing product promotion strategies in the market and brand development;
- Forming the company's marketing activities, planning and budgeting marketing activities;
- Conducting marketing research;
- Analyzing products by all parameters (categories, price, stock, sales, regional specifics, etc.), with recommendations and actions for optimization;
- Developing a system of measures to increase sales;
- Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing and advertising campaigns;
- Developing measures for the promotion of new products;
- Managing the assortment policy for product groups;
- Developing and implementing sales promotion and sales development programs;
- Participating in the development of motivational promotions and loyalty programs, developing proposals for sales stimulation and customer acquisition;
- Systematically monitoring the assigned brand (sales volumes and structure, market position, reputation, product reviews, competitor actions, internal and external environmental factors).
We expect:
- Higher education in economics or marketing;
- At least 3 years of experience as a brand manager in the confectionery or food industry;
- Skills in marketing analysis and forecasting;
- Skills in analyzing advertising campaign effectiveness;
- Successful projects in brand development and strengthening;
- Responsibility, communication skills, initiative, result-orientation, active life position.
