Brand Manager
LLC "Liqui Moly Russland" is one of the largest companies in the market for the sale of motor oils, auto cosmetics, and car chemicals.
With a rich and long history, a central office in Moscow, and a network of branches across Russia, the company invites a Brand Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Positioning
- Formation of brand values and mission;
- Development of positioning (unique selling proposition, differentiation from competitors);
- Creation of a long-term brand development strategy;
- Promotion and Marketing
- Participation in the planning and development of marketing campaigns;
- Planning and execution of advertising activities;
- Selection of promotion channels (online and offline);
- Monitoring of brand style consistency in all communications;
- Organization of special events and promotions to increase brand awareness.
- Product Management
- Participation in the development and launch of new products under the brand;
- Determination of pricing policy and sales terms;
- Quality control and compliance of the product with brand values;
- Analysis of feedback and claims, making suggestions for improvement.
- Work with Sales Channels
- Identification of priority channels;
- Formulation of requirements for brand representation;
- Interaction with all types of clients;
- Optimization of assortment in different channels.
- Analytics and Research
- Study of the target audience (needs, behavior, preferences);
- Competitor analysis (positions, strategies, strengths, and weaknesses);
- Monitoring market trends and industry changes;
- Collection of data on sales, brand awareness, customer loyalty;
- Assessment of market share and brand development dynamics.
- Reputation and PR
- Monitoring brand mentions in media and social networks;
- Crisis management and reputational risk mitigation;
- Performance Evaluation
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs):
- Brand awareness;
- Customer loyalty;
- Market share;
- Marketing campaign ROI;
- Sales volume and profitability;
- Strategy adjustment based on analytical data;
- Preparation of reports for management on brand performance results.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in brand management or marketing management.
- Industry expertise: lubricants/auto parts.
- Experience with all sales channels.
- Experience in developing and implementing brand strategies.
- Experience in launching new products and managing assortment.
- Experience in forming a unique selling proposition and competitive differentiation.
- Experience in developing pricing policy and sales terms.
- Experience in conducting marketing research and data analysis.
- Experience in independently preparing presentations and conducting training for company employees and clients.
- Experience in organizing marketing events.
- Knowledge of branding principles, methods, and technologies.
- Knowledge of marketing theory, evaluation of marketing event effectiveness, sales volume planning.
- Knowledge of pricing methods.
- Marketing analysis and forecasting skills.
- Budgeting skills.
- ABC analysis skills.
- Proficiency in public speaking techniques and methods.
- Ability to deliver engaging and effective presentations.
- Proficient in MSOffice.
