What you will do:

• Conduct audience research in terms of perception and experience of promotions and offers (consumer behavior, seasonality, U&A, etc.), perception of advertising materials and integrations in collaboration with the marketing research department;
• Develop the advertising campaign architecture in collaboration with the media planning department;
• Brief and supervise the development of creative ideas and advertising materials with the agency and/or internal creative team, including for sponsorship integrations;
• Test creative ideas and materials;
• Localize materials for CIS countries: translate and adapt texts, subtitles/voiceovers, correct legal disclaimers, verify compliance with local requirements.
• Coordinate developed solutions with the direct manager and managers of other teams involved in the promotion project implementation; Daily control of the promotion project development by both internal teams and contractors, crisis management within limited timeframes and resources;
• Lead work on large, non-standard projects;
• Supervise the quality of production and adaptation of advertising materials; Post-analysis of advertising campaigns, BHT monitoring.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in leading the development and implementation of advertising campaigns to promote promotions/offers in the marketing departments of companies or communication/advertising agencies;
• Knowledge of the stages and details of developing and producing advertising materials;
• Understanding of the details of developing and conducting marketing research; Understanding of how media channels work, details of media planning and media buying;
• Higher/incomplete higher education in marketing/advertising/sociology;
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite.
