But I'm looking for a competent marketing communications manager who can manage the creation of communications (content in various dimensions) for a 360 campaign and organize the work of related departments.

And I'm thinking about who to write to, but suddenly everyone became a director. There's no one to turn to. Apparently, the market is mature, and young and promising individuals immediately jump into leadership positions without hands-on experience. I welcome this, of course, but looking back, I get upset that I worked as a regular manager for about 5 years before taking a leadership position.
