"Detsky Mir" is a multi-vertical digital retailer. Our company is strengthening its leading position in the children's goods market, maintaining high growth rates over the past few years.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a promotion strategy, considering the specifics of the region;
- Media planning of advertising campaigns in OLV;
- Control and optimization of OLV placement;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and adjustment of strategies based on the data obtained;
- Preparation of interim and final reports;
- Support for local information events and local holidays on the Detsky Mir website – control over the processes and timelines for development and implementation;
- Monitoring of market trends and competitive activity;
- Maintaining document flow for OLV campaigns, controlling payments for placements;
- Collaboration with internal teams and related departments to create high-quality content and advertising materials – in terms of managing the creative material production process, from assortment approval to post-production;
- Interaction with media and creative agencies and contractors.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience – at least one year, preferably in a media agency;
- Confident proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Google and Yandex services (ability to work with large volumes of data, create presentations);
- Knowledge of media planning basics, knowledge of key metrics (OLV – mandatory, TV, outdoor advertising, radio – will be an advantage);
- Experience in launching OLV advertising;
- Knowledge of advertising law and compliance with all legal requirements for placement;
- Responsibility, communication skills, structured approach.
