Junior Marketing Manager (Special Projects and Production) at EGGSELLENT, a breakfast cafe chain
Responsibilities: — Special Projects and Collaborations: • Launch external and internal special projects with the team: from idea to implementation • Communicate with partners and participate in negotiations • Create presentations of ideas and concepts for partners • Prepare estimates and budgets, monitor expenses • Compile post-project reports: expenses, reach, sales — Production • Order print materials based on existing layouts: menus, stickers, posters, cards • Order branded consumables (bags, cups, napkins) and merchandise (t-shirts, mugs) • Organize the production of items for special projects, e.g., piñatas, signage, or creative chair upholstery • Find and work with contractors: printing houses, production facilities, photographers • Liaise with other departments within the company (kitchen, front-of-house, and delivery departments) — Internal tasks • Update the menu and HR section on the website (Tilda)
What is expected of the employee after 3 months: Independent management of 2–3 projects per month, knowledge of contractors, ability to prepare an estimate and deliver the order to completion on time.
Requirements: — Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Word — Ability to write clearly and communicate calmly with partners and contractors — Ability to multitask and keep track of several tasks at once without losing any — Proactive and able to see tasks through to completion — Interest in marketing, creative work, and the restaurant industry
Will be a plus: — Basic Figma skills (e.g., to make edits to existing presentation text) and Tilda — Experience in project management, production, or event organization — Experience working with printing houses and production facilities — Experience in the food, restaurant, or hospitality sector
