MISHACOLORIST is a colorization and hair care studio in Moscow. We are developing a brand that combines strong expertise in coloring, a high level of service, and modern visual communication.

We are currently looking for a strong marketing specialist who can not only perform individual tasks but also take over the marketing direction and help the studio grow systematically.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

— Develop and implement the studio's marketing strategy

— Analyze the target audience, competitors, and the market

— Attract new clients and increase the number of repeat visits

— Work with acquisition channels: Yandex, Maps, social media, advertising, partnerships, bloggers, and other tools

— Develop the studio's presence on Yandex Maps and other geo-services

— Formulate and test advertising hypotheses

— Analyze the effectiveness of channels and advertising campaigns

— Work with the funnel: from first contact to booking and repeat visit

— Develop promotions, special offers, client days, and marketing events

— Control the work of contractors and specialists in advertising, design, SEO, and other areas

— Generate clear reports on results: leads, bookings, cost per acquisition, revenue, and channel effectiveness

— Propose new ideas for brand development and independently bring them to fruition.

It is important to understand not only how to create beautiful content, but also:

— where clients come from;

— why they choose us;

— what influences bookings;

— how to increase conversion;

— how to retain a client;

— which channels truly deliver results.

We need a self-sufficient specialist who doesn't wait for detailed instructions for every step but identifies growth opportunities, proposes solutions, and is responsible for the outcome.

Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or premium service.

Understanding the specifics of promoting beauty salons / studios / local businesses.

Experience with Yandex Direct, Yandex Maps, advertising cabinets, analytics, and CRM.
