EXCELITE is a Korean OEM manufacturer supplying automotive lighting for Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes, and BMW assembly lines. We are actively developing the brand in the Russian B2B market and are looking for a strong, versatile marketer to join our team.
Who we are looking for:
A versatile marketer who understands all key areas: from strategy and branding to digital and print. You can independently develop a concept, prepare materials, and launch processes, while also being able to competently attract contractors (designers, agencies, printing houses), set clear technical specifications for them, and strictly control the results. You are proactive, systematic, and make decisions based on data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Brand: Development and implementation of marketing strategy. Creation of a brand book, control of visual style.
- Content and Materials: Creation of commercial proposals, presentations, catalogs, and POS materials (independently or with the involvement of designers).
- Digital Marketing: Coordination of website, contextual advertising, social media, and email marketing campaigns. You can manage these areas yourself or oversee contractors, controlling their KPIs and budget.
- Events: Organization of participation in industry exhibitions (MIMS, etc.): from stand concept development to installation supervision.
- Partner Relations: Development of dealer packages and loyalty programs.
- Analytics: Marketing budget management, ROI calculation, channel effectiveness assessment, and report preparation.
Our Expectations:
- Marketing experience of 2–3 years or more (B2B, distribution, or auto parts experience will be a significant advantage).
- Broad understanding: you grasp how strategy, branding, digital, and print work, even if you don't do everything yourself.
- Ability to formulate clear technical specifications for contractors and demand adherence to deadlines and quality.
- Independence: you identify tasks, propose solutions, and bring them to measurable results.
