Key tasks:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategy;
• Selection, training, and supervision of department employees;
• Launch of partner programs and loyalty programs;
• Formation of a lead generation plan across all promotion channels;
• Control of the implementation of advertising plans for company products;
• Development of regulations and work documentation;
• Budgeting and execution of the department budget;
• Development and implementation of an end-to-end analytics system;
• Regular reporting on all areas of responsibility.
