We are inviting candidates for the position of Marketing Director.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic and marketing management of the product and service portfolio;
- Formation and regular updating of goals for products, services, segments, product attributes, and marketing activities;
- Development and implementation of marketing, digital, and product strategy;
- Management of product and service profitability and margins, ensuring growth in their performance indicators;
- Preparation of market development forecasts and formation of the annual revenue budget;
- Formation of the budget and annual marketing plan;
- Presentation and defense of the marketing strategy and budget to business owners;
- Definition of target customer profiles and pricing policy;
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing channels, the quantity and quality of leads attracted through them, and conversion rates for optimization purposes;
- Formation and management of budgets for marketing and advertising expenses, including assessing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
- Management and development of product and company brands (branding);
- Formation of the company's product positioning policy in the market;
- Team building;
- Operational management of the marketing department, budgeting, and assessment of process and team performance.
Work Location: Moscow (with options to choose a convenient location from several offices).
Work Schedule: 5/2.
WHAT IS IMPORTANT FOR SUCCESS:
- Higher education (marketing, organizational management);
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a large company with a broad product line;
- Systemic, conceptual, and critical thinking skills;
- Developed analytical skills and strategic vision;

- Ability to make significant / risky / non-standard decisions and advocate for their implementation.
