Logistics company PEC is looking for a Director of Commercial Development.
PEC is an expert in complex logistics and freight transportation. The company has been operating since 2001, its network covers over 100,000 settlements, and branches are open in Russia, China, and CIS countries.
They are looking for a strategic leader who will become a full-fledged business partner and lead the holding's commercial and marketing policy.
Your key tasks:
- Strategy: development and implementation of a unified commercial strategy for the holding, coordination of subsidiaries and implementation of sales standards
- Efficiency: management of the consolidated sales plan, optimization of personnel motivation systems, and support for major deals (GR/B2B)
- Marketing and Digital: management of the brand portfolio, implementation of end-to-end analytics, and development of innovative sales channels (e-commerce, platforms)
- Transformation: development of a unified IT architecture (CRM, ERP, BI) and formation of a customer service culture
Candidate expectations:
- Experience in C-level positions (Commercial Director, Deputy General Director) in large holdings for at least 7 years
- Proven experience in transforming commercial departments or launching brands at the federal/international level
- Ability to work with Big Data and BI systems
- Skills in lobbying and negotiations at the level of top executives of companies and government structures.
