Sanitary ware supplier SANTIM invites a Logistics Director to join the team, who can work closely with the business, understands the specifics of the technical assortment, is capable of structuring and strengthening the logistics function, and bringing projects to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the company's logistics function: warehouse logistics, transport logistics, inter-warehouse transfers, marketplace logistics, interaction with branches, and participation in managing foreign trade logistics.
- Management of the RDC in Troitsk and branch warehouses: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, shipping, error control, productivity, discipline, and compliance with regulations.
- Organization and control of transport logistics: delivery to clients, transfers between RDCs and branches, route planning, vehicle loading, work with transport companies and contractors, control of delivery times and costs.
- Management of marketplace logistics: timely FBO/FBS deliveries to Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market, control of deliveries to warehouses and clusters, reduction of costs for paid storage and inefficient transfers.
- Participation in inventory planning in conjunction with procurement, sales, marketplaces, and branches: control of transfer times, product availability, impact of logistics on turnover and shortages.
- Participation in the control and optimization of warehousing costs (VGH) and their impact on the company's warehouse and transport logistics costs.
- Control and reduction of logistics costs: analysis of expenses by warehouses, branches, clients, sales channels, delivery routes, marketplaces, and transfers.
- Development and implementation of KPIs, regulations, reporting, and control procedures for warehouse and transport logistics.
- Team management: task assignment, performance monitoring, efficiency evaluation, development of warehouse managers and logistics department employees.
- Participation in the automation of logistics processes and management reporting: 1C, WMS/TMS, Power BI, Excel, AI tools, and other digital solutions.
Requirements:
- Higher education. Education in logistics, supply chain management, economics, management, or technical education will be an advantage.
- Successful proven experience as a Logistics Director, Head of Logistics, Head of Logistics Operations, or Head of Warehouse and Transport Function for over 5 years.
- Experience in managing warehouse and transport logistics simultaneously.
- Experience working in a trading and distribution, production and trade, or e-commerce company with physical goods, a large number of SKUs, and multiple sales channels.
- Experience in managing RDCs, branch warehouses, inter-warehouse transfers, and client deliveries.
- Understanding of marketplace logistics: FBO, FBS, deliveries to Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market warehouses, control of deadlines, platform requirements, paid storage costs, and cluster logistics.
- Ability to analyze logistics costs: logistics share in revenue, delivery cost, warehouse processing cost, transfer cost, cost per kg/m3/order/order line.
- Experience in building KPIs, regulations, reporting, and a system of personal responsibility in logistics.
- Ability to work with warehouse productivity, picking errors, mis-sorts, shortages, damages, and shipping delays.
- Experience interacting with procurement, sales, marketplaces, branches, foreign trade, and finance departments.
- Experience participating in logistics automation, implementation or development of 1C, WMS, TMS, Power BI, or similar systems will be an advantage.
- Practical experience using modern digital tools and AI tools for data analysis, report preparation, task control, and improving work efficiency will be an advantage.
- Strong management skills, systematic approach, analytical thinking, readiness to delve deeply into operational details and take responsibility for results.
