Logistics company LogLab is seeking an Operations Director.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and finance: supply chain management and achievement of profit, SLA, and accounts receivable targets.
- Manage the full cycle of warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, shipping — with a focus on achieving target KPIs (accuracy >99.9%, processing speed, downtime minimization) in 3PL, fulfillment, and distribution warehouses.
- Lead the implementation and development of a digital ecosystem: custom WMS solutions based on 1C, integrations with marketplaces, BI analytics for forecasting and decision-making.
- Build strategic partnerships with key clients: marketplaces, top brands, solving their complex logistics problems and offering innovative solutions.
- Form and develop a team of warehouse managers and operations managers, creating a culture of responsibility, data, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare strategic reporting for top management: transform operational metrics into business insights and management decisions.
Candidate profile:
- 7–10 years of experience in warehouse logistics, with at least 5 years in a management position (Director/Head of Operations) at a major 3PL operator.
- Successfully managed a network of 70+ warehouses simultaneously with a total area of 100,000 m² or more.
- Deep understanding of the specifics of working with marketplaces and the requirements of major brands for the quality of logistics services.
- Proficient in management tools: WMS (1C:Logistics, custom systems), advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau — and uses them for process management, not just reporting.
- Possesses a leadership style: able to build processes from scratch, motivate teams during growth, and make decisions with incomplete data.
- Holds a higher education degree (logistics, management, engineering specialties are welcomed).
