Requirements:
- Experience in managing logistics processes — from 5 years.
- Experience managing the work of logisticians, warehouse staff, drivers.
- Knowledge of the principles of logistics companies, experience in international logistics and air freight.
- Skills in strategic planning, cost optimization, and margin improvement.
- Experience in automation and implementation of digital solutions (ERP, CRM, WMS/TMS, 1C).
- Experience in successful negotiations with major suppliers and contractors.
- Customer focus, focus on service quality.
- Leadership qualities, analytical mindset, responsibility, empathy, readiness for change.
- Knowledge of Lean and IATA licenses will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the company's production (logistics) processes. Achievement of target indicators.
- Cost optimization, improvement of business efficiency and profitability.
- Development and implementation of KPIs for operational and service metrics.
- Implementation of modern technologies, automation of business processes.
- Team management (from 30 people), development of a motivation system.
- Participation in business scaling, taking the company to new markets (including opening representative offices abroad).
Conditions:
- Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, permanent contract.
- Reporting to — the General Director.
- Work schedule — 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00. Office in the southern part of St. Petersburg.

- Motivation system: base salary + quarterly and annual bonus. Total income is discussed individually with successful candidates.
