Executive Director

for a manufacturing company.

We are looking for a leader with experience in production management and operational activities.

Responsibilities include managing a team of managers and coordinating production, warehouse, procurement, logistics, and transport departments.

Key Tasks: — participation in the development and implementation of company development plans; — optimization of production processes, control of deadlines and quality; — identification of bottlenecks and efficiency improvement; — building processes from scratch: regulations, areas of responsibility, and control systems; — formation of KPIs and monitoring the performance of departmental heads.

Requires higher education, at least five years in a managerial position in a manufacturing company, and experience in building and optimizing processes.

Conditions: employment contract, VHI with dental coverage, 5/2 schedule from 09:00 to 18:00, shortened Fridays. Work location — Moscow, «Tekstilshchiki» metro station.
