Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of business strategy;
- Resolution of all issues related to legal, economic, production, financial, and technical aspects;
- Management of the holding companies' economy;
- Organization of production and supply processes;
- Inventory and working capital management;
- Tax planning;
- Risk management;
- Personnel management;
- Planning and regulation of business processes;
- Modernization and automation of production;
- Interaction with regulatory, supervisory, and law enforcement agencies, and with administrations at all levels.
- Operational management of the company and resolution of all emerging problems.
Requirements:
- Education – higher technical, economic;
- Experience in managerial positions as CEO, Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, significant achievements in their area of responsibility for at least 6 years;
- Experience in implementing automated management and accounting systems for production enterprises;
- Experience with state defense orders;
- Experience with external cooperation in mechanical engineering, experience with design bureaus is welcomed;
- Experience in mechanical engineering enterprises.
