The Pharmasintez pharmaceutical group is looking for a Plant General Director capable of ensuring the company's continued successful development.
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring the unconditional fulfillment of production plans. They work for results, and your task is to ensure that plans are always overfulfilled through competent process organization.
- Ensuring product quality and the enterprise itself comply with strict licensing requirements and standards. You are the chief guardian of the brand's reputation.
- Managing the processes of mastering and introducing new products into production.
- Controlling general economic and production expenses. They are looking for a strategist who will find a balance between raw material quality, equipment modernization, and efficient use of every ruble.
- Being responsible for the uninterrupted operation of the plant, energy efficiency, and the technical condition of the infrastructure.
- Ensuring strict compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the enterprise's activities, strengthening contractual and financial discipline.
- Regulating social and labor relations, creating a healthy microclimate and a team of professionals, as well as building effective dialogue with representatives of regulatory bodies.
Profile of the ideal candidate:
- Higher technical (engineering) education.
- Management experience as General Director of a production enterprise with a staff of 500 or more people for at least 5 years (ideally in pharma, chemistry, biotech). You must know the "kitchen" of the plant from the inside.
- Deep understanding of production process planning, organization, and control.
- Analytical mindset, ability to see the big picture and make informed decisions.
- Charisma, communication skills, leadership, and the ability to lead a team. Ability to effectively manage a team.
