Plant Director for Pharmasyntez Pharmaceutical Group
The Pharmasyntez pharmaceutical group is seeking a Plant Director capable of ensuring the company's continued successful development.
The Pharmasyntez Group of Companies is one of the leading biopharmaceutical companies engaged in the development and production of medicinal products.
Responsibilities:
- Operational management of the Plant as a production site within the holding company (part of the functionality is centralized)
- Fulfillment of production plans
- Ensuring the quality of manufactured products, compliance of the enterprise with licensing requirements
- Ensuring the development and implementation of new products in production
- Control of general economic and general production expenses, ensuring economical and efficient use of material, financial, and labor resources
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the Plant
- Ensuring compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the enterprise's activities
- Strengthening contractual and financial discipline, regulating social and labor relations
- Interaction with representatives of regulatory authorities
Requirements:
- Higher technical education
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Director of a production enterprise is mandatory
- Understanding of the processes of planning, organizing, and controlling the production process
- Strategic planning and decision-making skills
- High analytical skills and ability to make balanced decisions
- Communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to effectively manage a team
