What you will be doing:
Coordinating the work of the department staff: procurement / production
- Planning and approving the company's product production plan;
- Calculating the need for raw materials and components to implement the production plan;
- Forming requisitions for the procurement department with subsequent control over their execution:
- Agreeing on the delivery dates for raw materials and components, tracking the production deadlines and volumes of finished products;
- Forming requisitions for the assembly of raw materials and components in the warehouse with subsequent tracking of execution;
- Interacting with the logistics department on issues of shipping raw materials and components and picking up finished products;
- Tracking documentation related to relationships with contract manufacturers;
Who we are looking for:
- Confident user of Office, specifically ( Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- 1C knowledge is mandatory
- Fluent oral and written communication skills
