About the Project

An AI Healthcare startup is building AI products in medicine: a B2B platform for monitoring employee health in industrial settings and a B2C personal AI doctor service.

The team is currently looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible not only for operational management but also for product development.

In this role, it is important to be able to make independent decisions, understand the business context, identify scaling opportunities, and represent the product's interests in external communications.

Responsibilities

— Manage a cross-functional team of 10+ people: frontend, backend, ML, QA, design, customer support.

— Participate in the go-to-market strategy and product launch.

— Plan team work and estimate realistic technical deadlines.

— Identify new opportunities for product and business development.

— Build partnerships and external relationships.

— Represent the product at meetings and presentations, including on behalf of the founder.

— Interact with international partners within the scope of the international direction.

— Participate in preparing materials for investors and negotiating with them.

Qualifications

— Experience managing a team of 10+ people.

— Practical experience working with cross-functional teams.

— Understanding of go-to-market and experience launching products.

— Technical background and ability to realistically assess implementation timelines.

— Entrepreneurial approach and ability to see scaling opportunities.

— Experience in MedTech will be a big plus (B2B and B2C).

— Experience in an early-stage startup and readiness for high uncertainty and shifting priorities.

— Experience interacting with investors and preparing materials for them.

— English language — Upper-Intermediate level or above.
