The psychologist matching service YASNO is looking for a B2B Project Manager.
They are seeking an autonomous and structured B2B Project Manager to manage business development projects with an analytical focus.
Your tasks:
- Work directly with the B2B Director
- Develop annual and quarterly plans for the B2B direction (Sales, CS, indirect/partnerships, Education), run rate, and maintain track sheets (LTM, annual)
- Maintain and update regulations, sales kits, develop CRM
- Support and optimize management reporting within the B2B direction (budget metrics, operational indicators of teams)
- Research the market and find growth points (structures, growth rates, trends, competitors)
- Evaluate our resources and maintain a backlog of hypotheses (for improvements, new products)
- Closely monitor the results of launched initiatives, perform root-cause analysis when falling behind the plan, and prepare recovery plans
- Prepare ad-hoc analytics upon the manager's request, promptly test hypotheses if necessary, and set up simple tests/pilots
Candidate expectations:
- 2–3 years of experience in project management related to business development or improving the efficiency of the commercial function
- Worked with measurable business results: revenue growth, conversions, reduced cost-to-serve, and other metrics
- Ability to effectively build processes and bring initiatives to completion, engaging teams with different priorities and seniority levels
- Possesses systematic thinking: can structure tasks, see interconnections, and maintain focus on key metrics
- Attentive to detail while also grasping the overall context and goals of the direction
- Confidently works with analytics and financial models: can compile a simple track sheet, evaluate business impact, and support calculations
- Comfortable in an autonomous role, takes responsibility for tasks, and sees them through to completion
