Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming requests and communicating with clients.
- Receiving and clarifying briefs from clients for renting RBC Event Spaces.
- Accompanying clients for renting RBC Event Spaces - conducting meetings, viewings, all communication regarding Event Space rental.
- Collecting all necessary documents for event preparation.
- Coordinating with the landlord on special requests (branding, car placement, etc.).
- Organizing the work of internal services according to the client's brief (security, cleaning, etc.).
- Handling all documents related to venue rental, controlling them, and transferring them to the document management department.
- Collecting and processing client data for reporting.
- Maintaining all necessary reporting for the general venue calendar.
- Outgoing communication with potential clients as assigned by management.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in client service, the event industry, or venue rental (will be a plus);
- Excellent business communication skills and the ability to listen to the client;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in working with documents;
- Proficient in CRM systems and office software (Excel, Word, Calendar);
- Ability to plan time and set priorities in a multitasking environment;
- Knowledge of the basics of contractual document flow.
