Our focus is on change projects. We help clients: formalize goals from pain points, define "before/after" metrics, fix deadlines, budgets, and completion criteria, and then drive changes to implementation.

Our clients include: Askona, Samolet, Snezhnaia Koroleva, Lenta, Polaris, and others.

We work primarily in the office in Tolyatti, and in a hybrid format within the Samara region.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead projects through people, deadlines, budget, and client value.

Candidates with experience in project and team management – in IT or other fields – will be a good fit. If you have limited IT experience but possess a strong management foundation and a willingness to learn quickly, that also works.

What You Will Do

• Together with the team and client, maintain the goal of change projects, result metrics, and completion criteria.
• Immerse yourself in the business context, gather and clarify requirements, and synchronize expectations.
• Transform project goals into a clear work plan and tasks for the team.
• Ensure that value is quickly delivered to users and not just stored away. Changes should be used.
• Manage deadlines, risks, budget, profitability, and project transparency.
• Develop the team: conduct regular meetings, provide feedback, support, and foster independence.

What is Important to Understand in Advance

We have high expectations for the PM role. This is a position with real influence and real responsibility. However, we don't expect fully formed experience; we are interested in growing with our candidates.

You need to be able to work in uncertainty, make decisions without hiding behind formal processes, and maintain focus on delivering results for the client's business.

This is not a "just administer tasks" format: it's important to be a leader of change for the team and the client.

Selection Stages

We may skip any of these stages depending on the results of each.

1. Application with answers to questions about your experience. This takes up to 15 minutes.
2. Test assignment (given 4 business days).
3. Introduction with HR. Group interview in an intervision format. Important: we do not compare candidates against each other; we evaluate each individually.
4. Test day (full day online or in-person at the Tolyatti office, a real case from KT's practice).
5. Paid test week on a real project (2 to 5 business days).
6. Offer.

After each stage, we provide constructive feedback within 1–2 business days.
