About the Company and Team

We are the first Russian service design agency, founded in 1998. The most important thing for us is creating a comfortable user experience while solving specific business tasks for clients, including major banks, government portals, media, and others.

We are currently looking for a project manager with experience in digital projects, ready to enhance their expertise in large and ambitious projects. We are looking for a team player for full-time in-office work.

Candidate Expectations

A manager at aic has two key areas of responsibility, from which all others stem:

We are engaged in digital consulting for large companies and are strong because we deeply immerse ourselves in our clients' businesses, possessing exceptional knowledge and competencies.

Therefore, we are looking for someone who strives to manage circumstances. Someone who always sees the process a bit further and wider than others.

2. Team Management

The atmosphere in our team allows people to create new solutions. Successful business is impossible without a system and a clear process.

Therefore, we are looking for someone who, while managing projects, always seeks a balance between the system and people.

Our expectations:

• Experience in developing digital projects from scratch (websites, mobile applications, digital systems, etc.). Understanding of the project lifecycle;
• Ability to apply project methodologies, set up clear processes for the team and client;
• Proficient in project management tools: task trackers, Gantt charts, MS Office, Figma;
• Ability to effectively manage priorities and resources in a multitasking environment (managing multiple projects simultaneously);
• Strong communication and presentation skills: ability to clearly convey information, conduct business correspondence, and constructively resolve conflicts;
• Leadership qualities: proactivity, initiative, ability to motivate the team and take responsibility for the results;
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI, layout, and development;
• Experience in conducting research or participation in projects with a research phase will be a plus.
