Looking for a Project Manager of Middle / Middle+ level to join my team 🚀 I need a person to whom I can immediately hand over current projects. Not someone who waits for tasks, but someone who sees for themselves where a project might be stalling and comes up with a solution.
Who I'm looking for: — 3+ years of experience as a PM; — several commercial projects brought to launch or delivery to the client; — ability to take over a project mid-stream: quickly understand the status, agreements, and risks; — planning, deadlines, budget, scope management; — Scrum / Kanban, Jira or similar tracker; — direct work with the client: requirements, reporting, expectation management. Proactivity, responsibility, and independence are most important to me. Experience in outsourcing, custom development, or a digital agency will be a plus.
