About the company and team
We won't repeat what's written about us on the "About Us" page. There you'll find answers to the questions "Who are we?", "Why are we looking for people now?", and "What is our strategic plan?", there's not much text, all the essence is conveyed, the numbers speak for themselves!
What kind of person are we looking for?
Independent, convincing, ambitious, capable of finding compromise, with leadership qualities (or the ability to achieve results without direct management :)), striving to build high-quality processes and, as a consequence, high-quality development.
What we offer:
- Manage projects for the launch of new and improvement of existing products
- Work in a company where you are heard and your contribution is valued
- Influence processes and systematically improve the speed and quality of development, implement complex tasks within the product
- Work with a team of people who can make decisions, are ambitious, and are passionate about their work and the project
- Develop a sought-after product and receive clear feedback from users and customers
- Solve ambitious tasks
- Gain professional growth (we have trainings, conferences, a strong team ready to share knowledge and where you can grow quickly)
In practice, this means we will be solving the following tasks:
- Building relationships with customers
- Gathering and describing requirements
- Phased planning
- Obtaining estimates
- Project support from initiation to launch
- Coordinating interaction between multiple departments
- Informing stakeholders about project status
What is important to us in you:
- Experience in managing web application development projects and understanding their specifics
- Ability to manage the expectations of customers and stakeholders
- Ability to set tasks for development
- Ability to find common ground with all project participants, not by pushing, but by negotiation
- Ability to form technical requirements for development based on unclear customer requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, understanding how to manage the relationships between them
- Willingness to solve problems: renegotiate project scope changes if something goes wrong
- Ability to maintain focus on the project goal and bring all process participants back to it
- Ability to say NO
- Fulfillment of commitments, despite external circumstances
Not essential, but it would be great if:
- You have primarily worked in product development (rather than outsourced development), in cycles of varying lengths
- You have a background in business analysis (preferably), system analysis, programming, or testing
What we have and are willing to share:
- Legal, timely, and competitive salary
- Voluntary medical insurance (including dental)
- Comfortable workspace and modern hardware
- Flexible schedule. Start of work from 8 to 11
- You don't need to come to the office 5 days a week. We, within our teams, decide when to come to the office
- Professional growth (we have internal training, opportunities to attend conferences and meetups, we sponsor them))
- P.S.: And if you don't want to visit the office at all, we also have a remote work option.
