What you will do:
— Lead the full cycle of large IT projects implementation in the areas of Sales, Marketing, S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning/Business Planning), Laboratories (part of R&D), Finance, and other functional areas. — Lead/assemble a high-performing team of contractors and vendors. — Apply technical and functional knowledge to solutions that align with technical architecture, database design, etc. — Analyze the impact of solutions on business and systems. — Engage senior managers and business unit directors in business partnership to ensure the successful implementation of projects/products. — Manage the project team, including role and responsibility allocation. — Develop a project plan, including phases, deadlines, budget, resources, risks, and critical tasks. — Manage the project, including tracking progress, budget control, risk, and change management. — Coordinate interactions between various functional departments of the company within the project framework. — Provide and approve solutions with the project lead and steering committee. — Be a digital partner and ambassador for business stakeholders in designated functional areas.
What we expect:
— At least 3 years of successful experience as a leader of large-scale information system implementation projects. — Higher education in Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields (Economics, Management, etc.). — Understanding of business processes in the FMCG industry will be a significant plus. — Experience with various platforms (specific requirements depend on project specifics). — Experience managing a project team and working with vendors is mandatory. — Experience working with distributed and hybrid teams. — Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK). — Experience with project planning and management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Planner, Yandex Tracker). — Leadership qualities, ability to motivate and manage a team. — Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, ability to effectively interact with representatives of different levels and functional departments. — Ability to analyze and solve problems. — Ability to plan and manage risks. — Ability to adapt to changes and work in conditions of uncertainty.
