We are developing a SaaS platform for logistics management. Our team is distributed across Russia and the CIS. Due to the growth of our product portfolio, we are looking for a Project Manager who will take full responsibility for the entire cycle of managing one of our key areas.
Responsibilities:
- Management of a cross-functional development team within assigned projects
- Release planning, backlog formation, and sprint planning in collaboration with the Product Owner
- Organization of processes according to agile methodologies: conducting daily stand-ups, planning meetings, retrospectives, and demos
- Monitoring deadlines, budget, and scope of work
- Risk identification and management: proactive blocker resolution, prevention of deadline shifts
- Preparation of regular reports for stakeholders on project status, forecasting deadlines, and team metrics
Requirements:
- IT project management experience of 2+ years
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and various methodologies
- Practical experience with task trackers and documentation systems
- Ability to decompose complex tasks, estimate effort with the team, and defend estimates to the business
- Skill in negotiation, conflict resolution within the team, and defending project interests to clients
- Strong analytical skills: ability to work with numbers, read basic metric dashboards, and understand technical limitations
