We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for a team that focuses on optimizing promotional activities and developing a forecasting module.
Candidate Expectations
- 3–5 years of experience managing large IT projects from initiation to industrial operation; strong command of classic and agile methodologies;
- practical experience in implementing or deep understanding of pricing / promo / revenue management;
- understanding of ML and analytical solutions: task definition for data science teams, model quality control (MAPE, bias), understanding of ML development cycle;
- experience implementing solutions into corporate landscape: DWH, ERP, data marts, API gateways; understanding of ETL/ELT, promo history marts, and master data for products/stores;
- experience working with top management and business clients, ability to explain technical limitations of models in business language.
Working Conditions
- work in an accredited IT company;
- a two-story loft in the center of Moscow with a private bar: 10 minutes on foot from the metro;
- remote work;
- hybrid attendance: we will decide together when to work from home and when from the office;
- 5/2 schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM, but if necessary, we can adjust working hours for you.
