We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a team that focuses on optimizing promotional activities and developing a forecasting module.
Candidate Expectations
- 3–5 years of managing large IT projects from initiation to production operation; solid command of classic and agile methodologies;
- practical experience in implementing or deep understanding of pricing / promo / revenue management;
- understanding of ML and analytical solutions: ability to set tasks for a data science team, control model quality (MAPE, bias), understanding of the ML development cycle;
- experience in implementing solutions into a corporate landscape: DWH, ERP, data marts, API gateways; understanding of ETL/ELT, promo history marts, and master data for goods/stores;
- experience working with top management and business stakeholders, ability to explain technical limitations of models in business terms.
Working Conditions
- work in an accredited IT company;
- two-story loft in the center of Moscow with its own bar: 10 minutes walk from the metro station;
- remote work;
- hybrid attendance: we will decide together when to work from home and when from the office;
- 5/2 schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM, but we will adjust working hours to suit you if necessary.
