About the company
KT.Team is an accredited IT company and a digital partner for large businesses. Our key value for the client is: we deliver products that businesses start using on time, within the agreed budget.
Our focus is on change projects. We help clients: formalize the goal from the pain point, define "before/after" metrics, fix the deadline, budget, and completion criteria, and then bring the changes to implementation.
Clients include: Askona, Samolet, Snezhnaia Koroleva, Lenta, Polaris, and others.
We work primarily in the office in Togliatti, and hybridly within the Samara region.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a project manager who can lead a project through people, deadlines, budget, and client value.
We welcome candidates with experience in project and team management – in IT or other fields. If you have limited IT experience but a solid management foundation and a willingness to learn quickly, that also works.
What is important to us
- Proactivity: not waiting to be given a task, but actively engaging with the context, asking questions, clarifying uncertainties, and driving initiatives to completion.
- Responsibility: taking ownership of decisions and their consequences.
- Honesty, open communication, and the ability to build trusting working relationships with the team and client, maintaining constructiveness in challenging situations.
- Critical thinking: the ability to break down a task by asking "why".
- Interest in development: a desire to grow within a strong team, learn quickly, and expand one's level of responsibility.
What you will be doing
- Together with the team and client, maintaining the goal of the change project, result metrics, and completion criteria.
- Deeply understanding the business context, gathering and clarifying requirements, and synchronizing expectations.
- Transforming project goals into a clear work plan and tasks for the team.
- Ensuring that value is quickly delivered to users and not accumulating "on the shelf." Changes must be used.
- Managing project timelines, risks, budget, profitability, and transparency.
- Developing the team: regular meetings, feedback, support, and fostering independence.
What is important to understand in advance
We have high expectations for the PM role. This is a position with real influence and real responsibility. However, we don't expect you to have all the experience upfront; we are interested in growing with our candidates.
You need to be able to work in uncertainty, make decisions, not hide behind formal processes, and focus on delivering results for the client's business.
This is not a "just administer tasks" role: it's important to be a leader of change for the team and the client.
