At LUIS+, we are transforming internal processes, developing corporate IT systems, and implementing new solutions. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our project office, someone who can unite IT and business, find practical solutions with limited resources, and bring changes to fruition.
What you will be doing:
- Managing internal change projects. About 90% of tasks are IT-related: implementing new systems, transforming existing solutions, and integrating them. Areas include WMS, CRM, 1C, labeling, electronic document management, and electronic shipping documents.
- Diving into business tasks: studying processes, the subject area, and regulatory requirements, defining necessary changes and the approach to implementation.
- Planning projects: breaking down tasks, building phases and dependencies, creating Gantt charts, estimating timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
- Preparing projects for review at the project committee: presenting estimates of timelines and costs based on research, and after approval – managing implementation within the approved scope.
- Organizing the work of the project team: coordinating IT specialists, business representatives, and, if necessary, contractors.
- Engaging stakeholders and participants in changes: negotiating collaborative work, addressing objections, and managing resistance.
- Being responsible for the results of all assigned projects: adhering to timelines and budgets, ensuring quality, and incorporating stakeholder feedback. We evaluate not only individual projects but also the portfolio's overall performance, and measure customer satisfaction through NPS.
- Maintaining regular reporting and acting proactively: identifying deviations, proposing solutions, and seeking opportunities to complete work faster without compromising quality.
What is important to us:
- At least three years of experience as a Project Manager, including managing a team with IT specialists and business representatives.
- Knowledge of PMBOK approaches and practical understanding of Waterfall. We primarily work with the classic model, and in projects with teams working in sprints, we use a hybrid approach. It's important to understand how to harmonize these work methods.
- Ability to plan, not just track tasks: defining the sequence of work, decomposing tasks, and building a realistic schedule.
- Results orientation and responsibility: readiness not just to accompany the process, but to achieve the agreed-upon results and be accountable for commitments made.
- Ability to listen and negotiate: openness, patience, the ability to motivate the team and build interactions even with low stakeholder engagement.
- Initiative and flexibility in finding solutions: the ability to work with limited resources and propose a more efficient path if you see such an opportunity.
- Readiness to learn quickly: each new project requires delving into unfamiliar topics, studying requirements, and building new working relationships.
