ABOUT US: “Stalnoi Potok” is a marketing agency. We help B2B manufacturers get clients through a combination of “landing page + Yandex Direct”. We attract clients ourselves, so the team has a stable flow of projects. The project manager doesn't need to find clients or sell them our services. There are already advertising specialists in the team, ready-made instructions, clear processes, and work standards. We are now expanding and looking for a project manager who will take control of project management.

TASKS: • Launch new projects. • Collect necessary information from the client. • Assign tasks to specialists and monitor deadlines. • Control project progress and key KPIs. • Be the first to notice problems and raise issues within the team. • Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports. • Respond to client questions during working hours. • Conduct short calls with clients and the team. • Record agreements and maintain order in tasks. • Prepare closing documents for clients.

REQUIREMENTS: • Communicate calmly and confidently with clients. • Ability to argue your position without conflict. • Warn about risks in advance. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Keep track of deadlines and don't be afraid to remind about agreements. • Don't wait for instructions for every action. • Love order in tasks, documents, and chats. • Ability to independently understand a situation and propose a solution. • Basic understanding of Yandex Direct is important. You don't need to set up advertising yourself, but you need to understand what impressions, clicks, CTR, conversion, lead, and cost per application are, as well as be able to assess the dynamics of indicators.

CONDITIONS: • You will be the link between the client and the team: monitor deadlines, tasks, and KPIs, prepare reports, and explain to the client what is happening on the project. • We don't need someone who just forwards messages or agrees with all client requirements.
