Hello everyone! We are a marketing agency working with a federal franchise and local franchisees. Each client has their own goals, metrics, and service packages.

We are looking for a project manager who can look at a business's marketing holistically: understand the product, audience, offer, customer journey to purchase, and the link between promotion and sales. Within the team, you will represent the client's interests: help specialists understand business tasks, ask questions about results, and bring agreed-upon solutions to implementation.

Initially, you will need to systematize project management and client metrics, and establish information exchange between clients and the team.

🔸What we expect from you: – Experience as a project manager in digital marketing. – Marketing expertise: the ability to understand the product and audience, evaluate the offer and funnel, and connect team work with business results. – The ability to identify a problem based on project data, ask specialists specific questions, and together with them determine what needs to be tested or changed. – Experience with Roistat, Yandex Metrica, and Bitrix.

🔸Will be a big advantage: – Confident work with AI and experience in automating routine tasks: preparing summaries and reports, processing information, documenting agreements, and creating tasks based on meetings.

🔸What you will be doing: – Maintain an up-to-date picture for each project: client goals, service package, metrics, current tasks, and agreements. – Track metrics and highlight projects to the team where the cost of acquisition is increasing, the number of leads is decreasing, or agreed-upon goals are not being met. – Together with responsible specialists, analyze the reasons for deviations, agree on actions and deadlines, and review metrics after changes. – Together with the team, develop promotion plans, prepare technical specifications, distribute tasks, and check results. Advertising campaign setup is handled by specialized professionals. – Explain to the client what is happening with the project, what solutions are being offered, and what results are expected from them. – Identify opportunities for client business development, including through expanding the service package: justify proposals and organize their implementation.

🔸What we are ready to offer: – Base salary of 70,000–100,000 rubles per month + bonuses. – Remote work or office work in Voronezh. – Schedule from 9:00 to 18:00. – Independence in managing projects and working with a team of specialized professionals.
