What you will do:

• Manage clients across all Digital Media (monthly budget from 10 million RUB / month)
• Control the achievement of financial performance indicators for managed clients (plan vs. actual)
• Build trusting relationships with clients, regularly hold meetings and presentations for clients, deeply immerse yourself in understanding the client's business, communicate with the client daily
• Manage CSI (ensure high client satisfaction rating >8)
• Assign tasks to production, control their execution and the quality of the final product
• Implement client development (upselling budgets or channels to meet client goals and objectives)

We expect you to have:

• Relevant experience – from 3 years in digital advertising (360 media)
• Experience working with a large international or Russian client
• Confident work with various analytical systems – Yandex.Metrica, Weborama, Adriver, AppMetrica, AppsFlyer, MyTracker, etc.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Good communication skills, fluent oral and written speech, adaptive flexible approach focused on results
