Job Description

Serenity is a marketing agency. We work with strategy, branding, websites, performance, and content.

We are looking for an experienced manager who will manage clients and organize the team's work on complex marketing projects.

What needs to be done

• Coordinate goals, expectations, work plans, and results with the client.

• Coordinate specialists in advertising, SEO, SMM, content, design, and development.

• Set tasks, monitor deadlines, quality, and fulfillment of agreements.

• Analyze promotion results and, together with the team, propose project development.

What is important

• 3+ years of experience as an account or project manager in a marketing agency.

• Experience in client management and managing a team of various specialists.

• Understanding of digital marketing and the ability to connect team work with business objectives.

Conditions

Remote project-based work, cooperation with self-employed individuals or sole proprietors (IP). We start with an agreed partial workload, with the possibility of increasing it later. Compensation is discussed based on the composition and scope of projects.
