RNGN is a sports label. We not only come up with and shoot sports content, but also create conditions for new faces and heroes to emerge — on and off screen. For us, sport is not a series of seasons and tournaments, but real life, filled with heroes and their stories — success, failures, and emotions.

What needs to be done — Manage current clients and production projects — Receive and process client briefs, assign tasks to the internal team — Communicate with the client at all stages of project implementation — Coordinate the work of producers, the creative team, designers, and other project participants — Control deadlines, tasks, and agreements with the client — Prepare presentations, proposals, timelines, and project documentation — Organize meetings, calls, and project presentations — Collect and systematize client feedback, oversee the implementation of edits — Participate in budget preparation and control approved budgets together with the producer — Support projects until final delivery to the client — Prepare commercial proposals for new clients

Requirements — Experience as an Account Manager / Project Manager for at least 1 year — Experience in production, advertising agency, media, or creative industry — Understanding of content production processes: from idea and pre-production to shooting and post-production — Strong communication and organizational skills — Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep a large number of tasks under control — Ability to work with deadlines and react quickly to changes — Proficient spoken and written language — Responsibility, independence, and attention to detail — Experience with sports projects and brands will be a plus — Understanding of digital, SMM, and content production for social media will be a plus — Experience with major clients and complex special projects will be a plus
