Responsibilities
- Control the execution of tasks for video content: briefing the team and contractors, organizing and conducting shoots, budgeting, creating creatives, and coordinating the video project
- Plan resources for designers and editors on projects, track tasks, and coordinate the team on processes
- Establish a transparent process for working with tasks and pipelines in SMM
- Adapt team tasks for work in Jira
- Work with contractors, manage documentation, and prepare estimates
- Develop a content plan for content release in the Bank's media resources
Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a coordinator, producer
- Experience in managing and coordinating tasks and building and optimizing processes
- Understanding of the social media market specifics
- Experience in curating and conducting photo and video shoots of various scales, confirmed by portfolio work
- Understanding of all processes for creating graphic and shooting video content from idea conception to execution
- Ability and willingness to work with documentation
- Team management experience
- High level of communication skills for interacting with contractors and the team
