We are developing the content department in the bank's investment business and are looking for a Project Manager / Head of Department who will take charge of developing video formats and building a systematic content production process.

The scope of responsibility includes investment video content on the bank's key platforms: Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and in-app.

This role is for someone who can not only produce individual videos but also build a content department from scratch: from strategy and format research to production organization, distribution, results analysis, and scaling successful hypotheses.

What you will be doing

— Developing and implementing a video content strategy for the investment department.

— Shaping the content strategy, defining priority formats, sections, and content plan.

— Generating and testing new ideas, formats, and audience engagement mechanics.

— Developing the department with a focus on vertical content (Reels/Shorts) and horizontal video formats/shows.

— Fully managing the content production cycle: from idea, concept, and brief to shooting, editing, publishing, and distribution.

— Organizing the work of a large cross-functional team and coordinating a large number of project participants.

— Managing the internal production team: editors, designers, producers, and other specialists.

— Overseeing work on set and managing the shooting process.

— Working with external contractors and production companies: selecting vendors, forming technical specifications, controlling deadlines, quality, and budgets.

— Managing multiple projects and production processes simultaneously.

— Analyzing content effectiveness based on data and determining which formats and mechanics need scaling and which need to be stopped.

— Independently identifying growth areas for content projects and launching new initiatives.

What we expect

— 3+ years of experience in video content production.

— Proven experience in launching and regularly producing vertical and horizontal video content.

— Experience in building or developing a content department, not just managing individual projects.

— Ability to form a content strategy and turn it into a systematic process of regular production.

— Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating a large number of participants.

— Experience working with both internal teams and external contractors and production companies.

— Understanding of modern media formats, principles of content platforms, and promotion algorithms.

— Deep understanding of vertical formats (Reels/Shorts) and experience working with them.

— Experience in creating and developing horizontal video formats and shows.

— Ability to work with content metrics and make data-driven decisions.

— High financial literacy.

— Good understanding of investments, finance, and business topics.
