The Igra charitable foundation is looking for a Special Projects Producer (Flagship Campaigns) who can take a big idea from "what if" to a real release — complete with a landing page, promotion, contractors, and everyone who was supposed to submit their material yesterday.
You will manage flagship campaigns, ensuring nothing gets lost between a beautiful concept and its public launch.
Candidate Expectations:
- You can drive processes forward without sacrificing quality, and conversely, you know when to insist on a pause for the sake of the result, rather than chasing deadlines at all costs.
- You are confident enough to argue with creatives, designers, and editors about deadlines — without the endless "let's wait a bit longer, the idea isn't ready."
- You can calmly keep track of multiple stakeholders simultaneously — directors, partners, creatives, lawyers, fundraisers — and speak to each in their own language.
- You notice when something is going off track in advance, rather than reporting it after the fact.
Who we are looking for:
- A producer of special projects, videos, or events — this area is closer than classic IT project management.
- With basic proficiency in landing page builders (Tilda and similar) or experience managing a contractor who builds them.
- With an understanding of contextual advertising at least at the level of a competent client.
Responsibilities:
Manage 4 flagship campaigns per year from approved concept to release:
- Keep track of deadlines, budget, and coordination of all participants — creatives, editors, external contractors.
- Ensure no stage gets lost between fundraising and the brand.
Assemble the technical part:
- Develop landing pages for campaigns.
- Assign tasks to the contextual advertising contractor and evaluate their reports.
Promote flagship campaigns through bloggers:
- Collaborate with the Head of Content and the Creator to thoroughly develop an integration plan with ambassador bloggers and foundation friends.
- Responsible for production and budget: deadlines, agreements, finances.
Manage contractors — production studios, design bureaus — if the campaign's ambition requires external expertise.
Summarize results: one clear report per campaign — money, reach, engagement — instead of scattered figures from each channel.
What we offer:
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, full-time.
- Salary of 100,000 ₽ net.
- Remote work or flexible office attendance near Barrikadnaya metro station.
- Work where the results are visible not in a "done on time" checkbox, but in real money and stories that reached people.
