Teamlead Project Manager (Marketing)

And who are we looking for now?

A strong Team Lead for the project and account manager team, who will help our projects develop steadily and grow their budgets.

We are waiting for your application if:

• You have experience managing teams of 5 people or more;
• You have a successful and numerically proven track record of developing projects and teams;
• You have excellent knowledge of the infobusiness and online education market and understand how traffic from various channels (VK Реклама, TG Ads, etc.) works for these niches;
• You think in terms of strategy, facts, and figures, know how to work systematically for results, and understand how to influence revenue;
• You are a confident leader, know how to be an authority, lead people, grow and develop your team;
• You are open with the team and management, make decisions consciously and with sound arguments.

What you will be doing:

• Build a systematic workflow for project and account managers, resulting in the fulfillment of the production plan and monthly growth of clients' advertising budgets;
• Achieve profitability of advertising traffic on our clients' projects through the effective work of project managers;
• Hire, supervise, and onboard new managers who will be focused on project results and client loyalty;
• Ensure optimal distribution of new projects among managers, preventing overload or underload;
• Control compliance with the working methodology by managers on projects; update and supplement the methodology (in digital, changes happen constantly - methodology should not stand still);
• Get involved in resolving issues on complex projects, train managers to solve similar issues independently;
• Monitor managers' compliance with KPIs, influence the growth and development of the team;
• Team building: maintaining team spirit in the chat and on general calls, conducting 1-on-1 calls with managers;
• Close interaction with the agency's CEO-leader.
