We are looking for a strong Project Marketing Manager who will take charge of managing complex digital projects and become the single point of communication between the client and the team.
You will manage complex projects at the intersection of paid advertising, research, and creativity – where there are no ready-made solutions, and your actions directly influence project revenue and client profits.

What you will be doing:
70% — project and client management 30% — process development, analytics, and pre-sale participation
Projects and Clients
- Manage complex marketing projects (performance, research, influence, etc.).
- Be the primary contact person for the client: syncs, updates, expectation management.
- Immerse yourself in the client's business and help find solutions for their tasks.
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and the formation of project plans.
Management and Processes
- Develop, maintain, and update project timelines, including Gantt charts.
- Build effective and transparent interaction processes between project teams, assign tasks, and monitor their implementation.
- Manage changes: new inputs, priority adjustments, risk forecasting.
- Optimize internal team processes, including task automation using AI.
Analytics and Results
- Work with project metrics: revenue, profit, CPL, CPA, etc.
- Collect results and control project reporting.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose improvements.
What we expect from you:
- Project management experience of 2+ years (agency experience is a plus).
- Understanding of performance marketing (at least at the level of channel logic and metrics).
- Confident work in task trackers, Google Sheets, and other project management tools.
- Experience and passion for communication, ability to find common ground with the team and client.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, skill in effective planning and meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions.
- Ability to make independent decisions and not be afraid to ask questions.
