Project Manager (PR-direction)

An indie studio is looking for a Head of PR.

We need a person who will lead the PR department for the studio's products, strategy and campaigns (channels, messaging, media, KPIs), team and priority management, and also has experience working through AI agents and automation, not just chat with LLM, but full process management and agent-based task solving.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership of the PR direction, strategy, quality, KPIs, escalations
• Managing PR for several studio products, backlog, roadmap, priorities, deadlines
• Team management (PR, community/SMM, contractors), roles, workload, quality control
• Coordination of campaigns, releases, announcements, media, partnerships, stakeholder engagement
• Implementing transparency for the team and management, statuses, reporting, risks
• Implementing AI and automation in department processes (agents, pipelines, routine tasks and tools)

Knowledge and Skills:

• PR / communications, channels, campaigns, media relations, metrics and KPIs
• Practical experience with AI agents on real tasks, process automation with a focus on team throughput, not just personal speed
• Project and people management, priorities, resources, deadlines, transparency for management
• Ability to argumentatively convey a position and find compromises

Will be a plus:

• PR experience in gamedev, media relations, community, or Digital PR
• Experience managing people or a department
• English B2+

Conditions:

• Salary from 90,000 to 120,000 RUB at the start (depending on skills)
