Indie studio looking for a talented PM to manage complex but awesome narrative-driven PC projects.

Responsibilities:

• Project management in Jira+Confluence
• Creating and updating Roadmaps/Sprints
• Daily distribution and tracking of task deadlines
• Maintaining effective team communication
• Promptly informing management of emerging difficulties
• Keeping call notes and composing follow-ups
• Tracking the correctness of report writing
• Monitoring staff compliance with company internal rules when using services and messengers
• Full immersion in the project

Knowledge and Skills:

• Skill in setting up Jira+Confluece
• Experience in creating roadmaps/sprints
• Experience working with difficult clients, ability to find compromises
• Ability to clearly communicate your position with arguments
• Knowledge of the gaming industry, understanding of how game development processes are structured.
• Experience with the following programs: Slack, Notion, Miro, Google Docs.
• Stable high-speed internet.
