Project Manager Middle+ ( Telegram Mini Apps / Web3)
Responsibilities:
- Development Management: Overseeing the creation of products and features at all stages — from concept to release.
- Team Coordination: Planning and managing tasks for a cross-functional team (2D, Animation, UI/UX, GD, Frontend, Backend, QA).
- Requirements Management: Gathering, formalizing, and approving requirements with product stakeholders and the business.
- Planning and Synchronization: Updating roadmaps and project plans, managing dependencies, synchronizing expectations of all process participants.
- Documentation: Maintaining project documentation and ensuring its relevance (in collaboration with the Lead Game Designer).
Requirements:
- Experience managing cross-functional teams for 2+ years.
- Knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proficient in Confluence and Jira (the ability to set up automation will be an advantage).
- Basic proficiency in Figma (sufficient to understand mockups and assign tasks to designers).
- Developed soft skills: ability to maintain a healthy team atmosphere, skill in clearly and structurally conveying information to colleagues and stakeholders.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working on game development projects for Web, Mobile, or Telegram Mini Apps.
- Technical background (experience as a frontend/backend developer or QA engineer).
