Project Manager (Middle)

Guli Games is a small, goal-focused team by structure. We have one product, so there is no diffusion: the entire vector is directed towards the quality of updates, transparent processes, and team synchronization. We need a Project Manager (Middle) to strengthen this focus: turn the backlog into a manageable system, maintain connections between art/dev/game design/level design, and help releases go out on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage tasks in a task tracker (Jira, Trello, YouTrack) and maintain backlog «cleanliness»
• Help plan sprints and control their execution
• Collect and clarify requirements from the team and lead
• Maintain communication between departments (art, dev, game design, level design)
• Track basic metrics: deadlines, task progress, timely releases
• Prepare reports for C-level
• Organize and conduct Scrum events

Requirements

• Proficient in Jira/Confluence
• Basic knowledge of Scrum/Kanban
• Experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console
• Understanding of roles in a gamedev team and key product/marketing metrics
• 1–2 years of experience as a PM/coordinator in IT/gamedev; organizing the work of a group of 5–10 people
• Knowledge of PMBOK (project lifecycle: pre-project, execution, closure)
