Project Manager (operations)| iGaming

Our client is an international product IT company developing high-load projects in the iGaming sector and is looking for a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities: • Audit, build and optimize operational processes • Set up interaction between teams: areas of responsibility, task handover, deadlines and quality control • Implement a task management system, prioritization and reporting • Create clear regulations, instructions, and a knowledge base • Implement processes into daily work and team training • Manage improvement projects: planning, coordination, risk management, and result control • Set up process efficiency metrics

What we expect from the candidate: • Experience with tools: Jira / Asana / YouTrack or similar; Confluence / Notion; Miro, BPMN, Google Workspace • Will be a plus: experience in IT, fintech or payment systems; process automation; SQL and BI tools • 1+ year of experience as a Project/Operations manager
